Why do we love this case?
The wines that turned even the haughtiest of critics into star-struck fanpeople who mysteriously ‘forget to spit it out’ during a high-brow tasting panel. The concept behind this pack is pretty simple; there’s only one condition to entry - a 95 point or higher award. The vast majority need not apply. We already separate the wheat from the chaff here at the ‘fo. This is the artisan stonebaked masterwork that results.
2x Parous Stonehouse Shiraz 2019
Red — Shiraz
McLaren Vale — Australia
There's nothing you won't adore about this beauty. All the juicy, chocolate notes of McLaren Vale shiraz, with a bit of rum n' raisin spiciness bringing some real game. An old school style from a mordern McLaren Vale winemaker.
Made by the grape master Matt Head (who you might also know from the cult favourite Big Easy Radio) whose creative and level-headed approach to life results in wines with spirit and soul. This parcel has been safeguarded under the Parous label, just waiting for its time and loving home to go to. It must be your lucky day mofo, because they've found it with you. It's powerful, but not overwhelming; the perfect choice to keep you entertained from weeknights to the weekend.

2x Auld Family Wines 'The Ernie' Single Vineyard Shiraz 2023
Red — Shiraz
Barossa — Australia
96 points and a 4.2 Vivino Rating are absolutely nothing to shake a stick at. All the hallmarks of classic Barossa shiraz are right here. Generous, bold and packed full of flavour, we're unbelievably stoked with how this vintage is drinking (already)!
The Barossa Valley is home to quite a few multi-generational wine families. There are legacies as far as the eye can see, stretching across the Barossa plains and rooted as deep as the oldest vineyards. The Aulds are one such family, with the current generation Sam and Jock paying tribute to their lineage who were planting Australian vineyards in the mid 1800's. Each sip tells a story of sun-soaked vineyards, family traditions, and a relentless pursuit of quality. After the first taste of Ernie shiraz you won't be looking back.

2x Reschke Cellar Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2020
Red — Cabernet Sauvignon
Coonawarra — Australia
This family winery have been landowners in Coonawarra for over 100 years. They are Coonawarra experts and the jewel in their crown is, of course, cabernet sauvignon. Their wines consistently score highly with critics and this 2020 cellar release is a showcase of a deep understanding of the land and masterstroke winemaking.
The blackberry fruit concentration is immense and elevated by fine, dancing tannin. It wouldn't be Coonawarra without the marriage of mint and tobacco, rounding out mouth-feel and driving complexity. This is fantastic drinking now and will age gracefully for another decade.

Barossa — Australia
Craneford produce spectacular wines. There's no denying that. This is quintessential Barossa shiraz - a whole lot of Barossa legends are involved with this wonderfully expressive drop right the way from vine to bottle and the experience shows. Beautifully done. This wine is a stunning showcase of Barossa shiraz, crafted for pure enjoyment. The fruit is carefully sourced from highly-regarded Barossa vineyards, thanks to the winemakers' deep connections with growers of exceptional quality. That remarkable fruit delivers the wine’s purity, power, and drive. 2x Hollick Old Vines Cabernet Sauvignon 2022
Red — Cabernet Sauvignon
Coonawarra — Australia
If you ever wanted a to show someone what 'Coonawarra' tastes like - this is it. Super concentrated old-vine cabernet from one of Australia's iconic masters of the grape. Rich dark fruits, classic eucalyptus, tobacco, spices - it's all here! When it comes to cabernet, we’re happy to drop some buzzwords - Coonawarra, old vine, terra rossa, French oak. Coonawarra is arguably Australia’s greatest cabernet region. Old vines make for concentrated flavours and lower yields. Terra rossa refers to the red soil of Coonawarra that gives its wines their distinct dusty, earthy characteristic. French oak provides that perfect cedary backbone that holds together the fruit profile of cab sauv so well. So expect blackcurrant, plum, spice and chocolate on the palate carried through into an elegant finish with fine lingering tannins. We might have gone a bit heavy on the buzzwords here, but they exist for a reason.

2x Churchview Estate Limited Release Cabernet Blend 2023
Red — Cabernet Blend
Margaret River — Australia
From the first swirl you get a pretty clear hint that you’re about to get cosy with something seriously delicious. All those beautiful Margaret River notes absolute leap out of the glass and the palate certainly delivers what the nose promises! We love a blend like this - not one made out of necessity, rather out of desire. Super limited edition... you'll have to be quick! Vibrant blue fruits jump from the glass, rolling into juicy black plums, ripe blackberries and a little whisper of cacao. It’s plush, expressive and downright inviting. Take a sip and the whole thing unfolds beautifully. Those dark berry characters settle into a juicy core of plums and forest fruits, layered with dark chocolate, mocha and a sprinkle of baking spice. Everything’s wrapped up in silky tannins that glide along and give the wine its elegant shape and long, satisfying finish. Smooth, structured and effortlessly classy - it’s Margaret River cab blends done right!
