1x Kilikanoon Golden Hillside Cabernet Sauvignon 2020
Red — Cabernet Sauvignon
Clare Valley — Australia
“I first came across Kilikanoon Wines in my early twenties - I was a huge Riesling fan and they made a cracker so I fell in love early and the value is unbelievable. The perfect bottle to crack on a Friday night to kick off your weekend. Get home, pour yourself a glass, start cooking and hope there’s some left by the time you’re done. We’ve bought the Golden Hillside for years now, and it just keeps getting better and better. ”– Justin Dry, Co-Founder, Vinomofo

1x School House Headmaster Cabernet Sauvignon 2020
Red — Cabernet Sauvignon
Coonawarra — Australia
We know that Coonawarra cabernet is sincerely age-able. That’s just part and parcel of this region’s charm. This School House cab shows the best of what the famed red clay has to offer, as it walks the tightrope between power and elegance with perfect poise. There are ripe dark fruits of plum and cassis, wrapped up in fine tannins and complimented by notes of toasty oak. It is intense, but also wonderfully balanced. We don’t need to say much more, because this is one wine that does most of the talking.

1x Reschke Reserve Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon 2020
Red — Cabernet Sauvignon
Coonawarra — Australia
Smooth and rich Coonawarra cab? Say no more. We’re not going to talk to you like you don’t know what to expect, and instead we’re going to tell you why this wine is the next best thing. There’s everything you crave in the style: cocoa, minty, eucalypt mingling with blackcurrants aplenty. What’s that? Oh, in comes a smattering of smokey spice, a dollop of dark jammy fruits, and an emerging earthy tone that sets everything in its place.

1x Patrick of Coonawarra Two Blocks Cabernet Sauvignon 2019
Red — Cabernet Sauvignon
Coonawarra — Australia
Patrick of Coonawarra really walk and talk quality. You might think that’s an inherent product of small family businesses, but we certainly know that’s not always the case. There’s unbelievable value packed into this bottle, with no effort or attention to detail spared. A decent 40% new oak contributes to sweet, abundant tannins that really make the whole drinking experience that much more exciting. This won over more than a few hearts at the tasting bench, so we’re pretty confident in saying that you’re going to be head over heels for it too, mofo.

1x Wills Domain Eightfold Cabernet Sauvignon 2021
Red — Cabernet Sauvignon
Margaret River — Australia
One of our go-to Margaret River producers has come up with the goods again! We love everything they do with cabernet and are always yearning for more. It’s super smooth, stylishly elegant and quite lifted on the nose with aromas of cherries and plums. Like all good Margs cab, it also has those herbal and spicy elements interlaced throughout. As things went so well in the vineyard in 2021, the need wasn’t there to drown the wine in oak. It’s there, but it’s quite subtle. The fruit speaks for itself and it is oh so eloquent.
