Vinomofo Giveaway T&Cs: Win a Magnum of Schild Barossa Shiraz
1. Eligibility:
The "Vinomofo Giveaway" (“Schild Magnum") is open to all legal residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older.
Employees and immediate family members of Vinomofo and its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
2. Giveaway Period:
The Giveaway begins on 13 September, 10am AEST and ends at midnight AEST on 13 September 2023. (the "Giveaway Period").
3. How to Enter:
Every valid order placed on the Vinomofo website during the Giveaway Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway.
4. Prize Details:
Vinomofo will be giving away Magnum bottles of Schild Barossa Shiraz to every 10th order, for customers who participate during the Giveaway Period.
5. Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected on the 14th of September, by every 10th eligible order.
Vinomofo will notify the winners via the contact information provided at the time of order.
6. Prize Redemption:
Winners will receive their Magnum bottle of Schild Barossa Shiraz as a separate order to their entry order.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.
7. Publicity:
By entering the Giveaway, participants agree that Vinomofo may use their name, image, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without compensation.
8. General Conditions:
Vinomofo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway in the event of technical difficulties, fraud, or any other circumstances beyond its control.
Vinomofo's decisions regarding the Giveaway, including but not limited to winner selection, are final and binding.
9. Privacy:
Information collected for this Giveaway will be used in accordance with Vinomofo's privacy policy.
