Whiskymofo Macallan Giveaway T&Cs

1. Eligibility:

• The “Whiskymofo Macallan Giveaway" is open to all legal residents of Australia (excluding Northern Territory residents) who are 18 years of age or older.

• Employees and immediate family members of Vinomofo and its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.

2. Entry Period:

• The Entry period commences at 17:30 AEST on 10th September 2024, and ends at 8:00 AEST on 18th September 2024.

3. How to Enter:

• To enter the Giveaway, participants must:

  • Sign up to the Whiskymofo mailing list with a valid email address between 17:30 AEST on 10th September 2024, and 8:00 AEST on 18th September 2024.

4. Prize Details:

• One lucky winner will receive a Macallan twin pack with a recommended retail price (RRP) of $900.

5. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received between 17:30 AEST on 10th September 2024, and ends at 8:00 AEST on 18th September 2024. 

• Vinomofo will notify the winner via email.

• The winner will also be posted on this page.

6. Acts of Kindness:

• We may choose to send Bonus Prizes to a limited number of runners-up who have entered.

7. General Conditions:

• Vinomofo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway in the event of technical difficulties, fraud, or any other circumstances beyond its control at any time.

• Vinomofo's decisions regarding the Giveaway, including but not limited to winner selection, are final and binding.

8. Privacy:

• Information collected for this Giveaway will be used in accordance with Vinomofo's privacy policy.

• By participating in this Giveaway, participants grant Vinomofo the right to announce the winner's name and share a congratulations post on Vinomofo's official social media platforms for future promotional purposes.

• Vinomofo may also feature and tag the winner in posts related to future promotions. By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to their name being used in these future promotional announcements.

• Vinomofo reserves the right to use submitted entries in marketing or advertising collateral in promotion of related products or services, royalty free and in perpetuity.

• Vinomofo respects the privacy of all participants and will not share any personal contact information, apart from the winner's name, in promotional posts on social media.

• All participants understand and accept that the winner's name may be publicly announced on Vinomofo's website and social media platforms as a condition of entry and for future promotional purposes.
