Whiskymofo Birthday - World of Spirits Collection Giveaway

1. Eligibility:

• The "Whiskymofo Birthday - World of Spirits Collection Giveaway" is open to all legal residents of Australia (excluding Northern Territory residents) who are 18 years of age or older.

• Employees and immediate family members of Vinomofo and its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.

2. Giveaway Period:

• The Giveaway period commences with the announcement of the giveaway on our social media feeds from 5:30pm AEST on 26th August 2025, and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 28th August 2025.

3. How to Enter:

• To enter the Giveaway, participants must:

  • Follow Whiskymofo on Instagram

  • Comment and tag an additional Instagram profile in the Giveaway announcement, posted to the Whiskymofo + Vinomofo Instagram feed at 5:30pm AEST on 26th August 2025.

  • Both commenting and tagged profile must follow Whiskymofo on Instagram to be eligible for the prize draw.

  • x1 winner will be drawn at random on Friday 29th August, and the winner notified via the competition announcement post, the Whiskymofo IG story, and a direct message sent by Whiskymofo to the winner.

4. Prize Details:

• One lucky winner will receive a 1pk of each of the following spirits, with a combined recommended retail price (RRP) of $1030: 1pk Kujira Ryukyu Single Grain 10 Year Old Japanese Whisky 700mL (RRP $225.00), 1pk Yellow Spot Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey 700mL (RRP $170.00), 1pk Martell Blue Swift VSOP Cognac 750mL (RRP $120.00), 1pk Glenfarclas 15 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky 700mL (RRP $170.00), 1pk Spirit Thief American Oak Cabernet & Bourbon Barrel Single Malt Whisky 500mL (RRP $195.00) 1pk Hirsch Horizon Straight Bourbon Whiskey 750mL (RRP $140.00)

5. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received on Friday 29th August.

• Whiskymofo will notify the winner via direct message and post a congratulations message on our social media platforms.

• The winner will also be posted on this page

6. Acts of Kindness:

• We may choose to send Bonus Prizes to a limited number of the runners-up who have provided their details when entering the Giveaway.

7. General Conditions:

• Vinomofo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway in the event of technical difficulties, fraud, or any other circumstances beyond its control.

• Vinomofo's decisions regarding the Giveaway, including but not limited to winner selection, are final and binding.

8. Privacy:

• Information collected for this Giveaway will be used in accordance with Vinomofo's privacy policy.

• By participating in this Giveaway, participants grant Whiskymofo/Vinomofo the right to announce the winner's name and share a congratulations post on Whiskymofo/Vinomofo's official social media platforms for future promotional purposes.

• Whiskymofo/Vinomofo may also feature and tag the winner in posts related to future promotions. By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to their name being used in these future promotional announcements.

• Whiskymofo/Vinomofo respects the privacy of all participants and will not share any personal contact information, apart from the winner's name, in promotional posts on social media.

• All participants understand and accept that the winner's name may be publicly announced on Whiskymofo/Vinomofo's social media platforms as a condition of entry and for future promotional purposes.
