Terms and Conditions

Promotion Period:

The EOFY Vintec Wine Fridge Giveaway promotion will take place site-wide on vinomofo.com from 9:00am on Friday, June 30th, 2023, to 12:00pm on Saturday, July 1st, 2023 (AEDT).

Eligibility:

1. To enter the promotion, participants must be at least 18 years of age and an Australian resident. The promotion is not open to residents of the Northern Territory. (sorry!)

2. Employees, family members, and contractors of Vinomofo Pty Ltd are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter:

1. Every individual case of wine purchased from Vinomofo.com between 9:00am on June 30th, 2023, and 12:00pm on July 1st, 2023, will constitute one entry into the prize draw.

2. Participants must follow the specified entry method, which involves making a purchase of wine from Vinomofo.com during the promotion period.

Privacy Policy:

1. Personal information collected during the promotion will be handled in accordance with Vinomofo's privacy policy.

2. By entering the promotion, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of conducting the promotion and prize fulfillment.

Prize:

1. There is one prize to be won during the promotional period, which consists of a Vintec 50-Bottle Single-Zone Black Glass Wine Cabinet valued at $2,699 AUD.

2. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-changeable.

3. Any additional costs associated with the prize, such as installation or taxes etc, are the responsibility of the winner.

Winner Selection and Announcement:

1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

2. The winner will be announced via email and posted here at 11:30am on July 4th, 2023.

3. The announcement will include the winner's initials, last name's first letter, and state of residence, without disclosing any sensitive personal information.

4. These above details may be used in marketing materials.

Disqualification:

1. Vinomofo reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in fraudulent or inappropriate behavior, or violates the terms and conditions of the promotion.

2. Any disqualified participant will forfeit their eligibility to win the prize.

3. All cases ordered in the promotional period cannot be cancelled or refunded, unless the product is at fault.

Prize Fulfillment:

1. The winner will be contacted by email within the week to confirm their prize.

2. The winner may be required to show a valid photographic ID when claiming the prize.

3. The prize will be delivered or made available to the winner within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Vinomofo will not be responsible for any delays or issues related to the delivery of the prize.

Liability and Exclusions:

1. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Vinomofo (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising directly or indirectly from the promotion or promotion prize.

2. Vinomofo is not responsible for any technical difficulties, equipment malfunction, theft, unauthorized access, third-party interference, late, lost, altered, damaged, or any variations in the prize value.

3. Any tax liabilities incurred by the winner or any participant are their sole responsibility.

Governing Law:
This promotion shall be governed and construed by Australian law and is run by Vinomofo Pty Ltd, Suite 103, Level 1/220 Ingles St, Port Melbourne VIC 3207.

These terms and conditions, in conjunction with Vinomofo's general terms and conditions, govern the Vintec Wine Fridge Giveaway promotion. By participating in the promotion, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Vinomofo, which are final and binding.
