Vinomofo Gift Card Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of Vinomofo Gift cards (the "Gift Cards"). By purchasing, redeeming, or using a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using your Gift Card.

 1. Gift Card Denominations: 

   - Vinomofo Gift cards are available in denominations of $50, $100, $150, and $200.

 2. Purchase and Delivery: 

   - To purchase a Gift Card, simply add it to your cart and proceed to checkout as you would with any other product.

   - The virtual Gift Card will be sent to the email address provided during the purchase. You can expect to receive the Gift Card within 5 minutes of completing your purchase. There are no physical delivery times or tracking numbers associated with our Gift cards.

 3. Use of the Gift Card: 

• To use the gift card, use the unique code provided.

   - There are no restrictions on the use of the Gift Card; it is treated like cash.

   - However, please note coupons and discounts cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Cards.

 4. Expiry Date: 

   - Currently, our Gift cards have an indefinite expiry date.

   - Please be aware that we reserve the right to change this policy in the future, with the minimum expiry date being three (3) years. Any changes to the expiry date will be communicated clearly on our website.

 5. Activation Expiry Date: 

   - Not applicable. There is no activation required for our Gift cards.

 6. Reloading or Topping Up: 

   - Our Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or topped up. Once the available balance is used, the Gift Card cannot be replenished.

- You may buy multiple Gift Cards at once, however, use is limited to one gift card per order.

 7. Refund Policy: 

   - We do not offer refunds for Gift Cards. All Gift Card purchases are final.

 8. Lost or Stolen Cards: 

   - Treat your Gift Card like cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards, or any unauthorized use of the Gift Card.

 10. Balance Inquiry: 

   - You can check your Gift Card balance by contacting our customer support team.

 11. Compliance with Australian Law: 

   - These Gift Cards are issued and redeemable in accordance with Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Please keep your Gift Card details provided upon purchase in a safe and secure place. Vinomofo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with changes being effective upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
