$1,000 Wine Credit Giveaway - VIMfest Sale - Terms and Conditions - 2026
1. Promotion Details:
Vinomofo Pty Ltd (ABN 92 154 638 341) ("Vinomofo") is giving away one (1) prize of $1,000 in Vinomofo wine credit to one (1) eligible winner, drawn at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period.
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older, excluding residents of the Northern Territory (NT).
2. Promotional Period:
The promotion commences at 9:00am AEDT on Friday 27th February 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AWST on Friday 27th February 2026.
Purchases made outside of this window are not eligible for entry. No exceptions will be made.
3. Eligibility:
Entrants must be active VIM loyalty members at the time of purchase.
Entrants must be subscribed to both Vinomofo's email and SMS marketing communications at the time of purchase.
Entrants must be Australian residents aged 18 years or older, excluding residents of the Northern Territory.
Employees of Vinomofo and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. Entry Mechanism:
Each case of wine purchased during the promotional period constitutes one (1) entry into the draw.
Entries are multiplied based on the entrant's VIM tier at the conclusion of the promotional period:
Green tier: 1× entry per case
Silver tier: 2× entries per case
Gold tier: 3× entries per case
Black tier: 4× entries per case
If purchases made during the promotional period result in the entrant reaching a higher VIM tier, the higher tier multiplier will be applied to all entries earned during the promotional period.
There is no cap on the number of entries per person. Multiple case purchases within the promotional period will each generate additional entries.
5. Prize Details:
One (1) prize of $1,000 in Vinomofo wine credit.
Wine credit will be applied to the winner's Vinomofo account and may be used toward future purchases on vinomofo.com.au.
Wine credit is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated.
Wine Credit will be added to the account of the winner.
6. Winner Selection & Notification:
The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on or before Wednesday 5th March 2026.
The winner will be notified via email and/or SMS within five (5) business days of the draw.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, Vinomofo reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
7. Refunds & Cancellations:
Any refunded or cancelled orders will have the associated entries removed from the draw. No exceptions will be made.
If a refund results in the entrant dropping to a lower VIM tier, entries will be recalculated accordingly.
8. Fair Use:
Vinomofo reserves the right to review, disqualify, or reverse any entries it reasonably believes have been obtained through misuse, abuse, or manipulation of this promotion.
Vinomofo's decisions regarding entry allocation, eligibility, and winner selection are final and binding.
9. General Conditions:
By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions as well as Vinomofo's general VIM loyalty program terms.
Vinomofo reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time, subject to applicable state and territory legislation.
No correspondence will be entered into regarding the application of these terms and conditions.
10. Privacy:
Personal information collected during this promotion will be handled in accordance with Vinomofo's Privacy Policy, available at vinomofo.com
By entering, entrants consent to the use of their name and state of residence for promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
11. Limitation of Liability:
Vinomofo (including its officers, employees, and agents) shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with this promotion, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Vinomofo shall not be liable for any technical difficulties or errors that may occur during the purchase or entry process.
12. Governing Law:
This promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
