1. Introduction

By entering the Whiskymofo "The Grand Finale: Matilda x Laphroaig x Denver & Liely": x2 ticket giveaway you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

2. Promoter

The promoter of this giveaway is Vinomofo trading as Whiskymofo.

3. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 or older.

• Residents of the Northern Territory (NT) are excluded from this promotion.

• Employees of Vinomofo and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

4. Entry Period

• The giveaway is valid for entries from 4:00pm AEST on Friday 29th August 2025, to 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 31st August.

• Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

5. How to Enter

• One bottle of Laphroaig ordered from Whiskymofo during the entry period qualifies as one entry into the giveaway.

• The more bottles you order, the more entries you receive (one entry per bottle).

• No other form of entry is accepted.

6. Prize

• There will be 1 winner, receiving x2 tickets to "The Grand Finale: Matilda x Laphroaig x Denver & Liely" dinner to be held in Melbourne on Friday 5th September, valued at RRP $390.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other product.

• Prize does not include any transport to/from the event or accomodation.

• No substitute prize will be offered in the instance of event cancellation or change of date resulting in the winner being unable to attend.

7. Selection of Winner

• The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

• The draw will take place on Monday September 1st 2025.

• The winner will be notified by email or phone within 1 business day after the draw.

• If the prize is not claimed within three business days of notification, Vinomofo reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Prize Delivery

• Tickets will be emailed to the winner at no cost.

• Vinomofo is not responsible for any delays or issues with delivery caused by third parties.

9. Publicity

By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and likeness in any promotional materials related to this giveaway.

10. Data Protection

• Personal data collected in connection with the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion.

• Vinomofo will not share your data with third parties without your consent.

11. General

• Vinomofo reserves the right to cancel or amend these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.
