1. Introduction
By submitting a testimonial and entering the Vinomofo Testimonial Competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.
2. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Vinomofo Pty Ltd.
3. Eligibility
This competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 or older.
Only verified Vinomofo customers who have purchased products from Vinomofo are eligible to submit testimonials.
Employees of Vinomofo and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Not applicable to the Northern Territory residents.
Testimonial Use & Consent
Testimonials must be based on your genuine experience with Vinomofo’s products or services.
Only verified customers who have purchased from Vinomofo are eligible to submit testimonials.
By submitting, you grant Vinomofo permission to use your testimonial — in full or part — across its website, emails, social media, and other marketing materials.
Testimonials may be attributed using your first name, last initial, and State (e.g., “John S., VIC”). No personal contact details (email, phone) will be made public.
All testimonials submitted become the property of Vinomofo and may be publicly visible.
By participating, you confirm that your testimonial reflects your honest opinion and experience, and that you are not receiving compensation for a specific outcome or opinion.
Selection and Representation
Not all testimonials submitted will be published. Vinomofo reserves the right to select and edit testimonials to reflect a range of customer experiences and ensure compliance with Australian Consumer Law.
Reviews will not be published or edited in a way that misrepresents the nature of customer feedback.
We aim to provide a representative overview of customer experiences and maintain transparency in review presentation.
4. Entry Period
The entry period begins on [Thursday, 29th May 2025] and ends on [Thursday, 5th June 2025].
Testimonials submitted outside this period will not be eligible for the giveaway.
5. How to Enter
Submit a testimonial via the official Vinomofo survey form.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
No purchase is necessary to enter the competition, but only customers with verified purchases are eligible for testimonial publication and prize consideration.
6. Prizes
Three selected entrants will each receive a bottle of wine valued at $320 RRP.
The specific bottles will be “Secret Bottles” revealed to the winners upon receipt.
Prizes are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.
Vinomofo reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value.
7. Selection of Winners
Winners will be selected by a Vinomofo panel based on the quality, clarity, and relevance of their submitted testimonial.
Selection will occur on [Thursday, 5th June 2025].
Winners will be notified via the contact details provided within 1 day of selection.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Vinomofo reserves the right to choose an alternate winner.
8. Delivery of Prizes
Prizes will be shipped to the winners at no cost, using the address provided at the time of entry.
Vinomofo is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by third-party couriers.
9. Publicity and Review Use
By entering, participants agree to allow Vinomofo to use their first name, last initial, location, and testimonial (in full or part) for promotional purposes, including website, email, and social media channels.
Testimonials must reflect genuine customer experiences.
Not all testimonials will be published. Vinomofo may select reviews that reflect a representative range of customer opinions, in line with ACCC guidelines.
10. Data Protection
Personal data collected for this competition will be used solely for the administration of the giveaway and improvement of Vinomofo’s customer experience.
Data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

11. General
Vinomofo reserves the right to cancel or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
By entering, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
