Why do we love this case?
Casa Santanera founder, Pablo Lara, comes from a long family tradition of Agave cultivation and distillation, from a time when a little bit of indistinct went a long way. A great example of a distiller listening to the land and crafting a spirit to reflect the conditions rather than following a set plan regardless of what might pop up throughout the process. We're not here how to tell you how to enjoy your tequila but we'd be sipping this slowly on the rocks. It doesn't make a half bad Margarita either, you're that way inclined.
