1. Promoter:
VINOMOFO (AUSTRALIA) PTY LTD (ABN 69 149 404 197) ("Vinomofo").
2. Promotional Period:
The promotion commences at 5:00pm AEST on Wednesday 6th May 2026 and ends at 10:00pm AEST on Wednesday 6th May 2026.
3. Eligibility:
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older, excluding residents of the Northern Territory (NT).
Entrants must hold a valid Vinomofo account at the time of purchase.
Employees of Vinomofo and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter:
Every completed order placed on vinomofo.com during the promotional period automatically constitutes one (1) entry into the hourly draw for the hour in which the order was placed.
There is no minimum or maximum spend required.
There is no cap on the number of entries per person. Multiple orders placed within the same hourly window will each constitute a separate entry into that hour's draw. Orders placed across different hourly windows will be entered into the respective hour's draw.
An order is only considered a valid entry upon successful processing of payment. Adding items to your cart does not constitute an entry.
5. Hourly Draw Windows:
The promotional period is divided into five (5) hourly draw windows:
Draw 1: 5:00pm - 5:59pm AEST
Draw 2: 6:00pm - 6:59pm AEST
Draw 3: 7:00pm - 7:59pm AEST
Draw 4: 8:00pm - 8:59pm AEST
Draw 5: 9:00pm - 9:59pm AEST
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries from each hourly window.
A total of five (5) winners will be selected across the promotional period.
A single entrant may not win more than one hourly draw.
6. Prize Details:
Each winner will receive a full refund of one (1) qualifying order placed during the relevant hourly draw window.
The refund will be for the total order value including any shipping charges paid, credited back to the original payment method.
If a winner placed multiple orders within the winning hourly window, Vinomofo will refund the order selected in the draw. Only one order per winner per hourly draw will be refunded.
There is no minimum or maximum refund value.
The refund is not transferable, not redeemable for cash or wine credit in lieu of the order, and cannot be applied to a different order.
Refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days of winner confirmation.
7. Winner Selection & Notification:
Winners for each hourly draw will be selected at random on or before Friday 8th May 2026.
Winners will be notified via email and phone, within five (5) business days of the draw.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, Vinomofo reserves the right to conduct a redraw for that hourly window. Any redraw will be conducted within thirty (30) days of the original draw date.
8. Refunds & Cancellations:
If a winning order is subsequently cancelled or refunded (in whole or in part) by the winner prior to the prize being awarded, the entry will be void and Vinomofo reserves the right to redraw for that hourly window.
Orders cancelled or refunded by the entrant prior to the draw will have the associated entries removed.
9. Fair Use:
Vinomofo reserves the right to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes has been obtained through misuse, abuse, or manipulation of this promotion, including but not limited to placing orders with no genuine intent to purchase.
Vinomofo reserves the right to cancel any order it reasonably believes was placed solely to exploit this promotion.
Vinomofo's decisions regarding entry validity, eligibility, and winner selection are final and binding.
10. General Conditions:
By placing an order during the promotional period, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Vinomofo reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time, subject to applicable state and territory legislation.
This promotion is in addition to any other offers, discounts, or promotional codes applied at checkout. Promotional codes and discounts do not affect eligibility.
No correspondence will be entered into regarding the application of these terms and conditions.
11. Privacy:
Personal information collected during this promotion will be handled in accordance with Vinomofo's Privacy Policy, available at vinomofo.com.
12. Limitation of Liability:
Vinomofo (including its officers, employees, and agents) shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with this promotion, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Vinomofo shall not be liable for any technical difficulties or errors that may occur during the purchase or entry process.
13. Governing Law:
This promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
