Vinomofo “Mofo Muse Prize” Social Media Giveaway T&Cs

1. Eligibility:
The "Vinomofo “Mofo Muse Prize” Social Media Giveaway" is open to all legal residents of Australia (excluding Northern Territory residents) who are 18 years of age or older.
Employees and immediate family members of Vinomofo and its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
2. Entry Period:
The Entry period commences with the announcement of the giveaway on our social media feeds at 2pm AEST on Wednesday 10th July, and ends at 10am AEST on Monday 15th July.
3. How to Enter:
To enter the Giveaway, participants must:
Follow Vinomofo on Instagram
Comment with a poem about Vinomofo’s product or service offering under the competition entry post to enter, which will go live on Vinomofo’s Instagram at 2pm AEST on Wednesday 10th July. Entries must be received before 10am AEST on Monday 15th July to qualify for judging.
4. Judging period
After the closure of the entry period at 10am AEST on Monday 15th July, a judging panel at Vinomofo will select a shortlist of x5 entries to take to a public vote via an Instagram poll run infeed + on the Vinomofo Instagram story.
Vinomofo reserves the right to determine what constitutes a “poem” in the context of the entries. The judges’ decision is final.
5. Public IG Poll:
The shortlist of x5 entries will be taken to a public vote via an Instagram poll run infeed + on the Vinomofo IG story, published 3pm Monday 15th July AEST, with the vote closing at 3pm on Tuesday 16th July AEST.
6. Prize Details:
One lucky winner will receive a 1pk Dom Perignon Champagne 2013 750mL with a recommended retail price (RRP) of $400.
7. Winner Selection:
The IG poll vote will close at 3pm Tuesday 16th July AEST and the entry with the highest number of votes will be declared winner.
In the event of a dead heat, the winner will be selected at random from the joint highest ranking entries.
Vinomofo will notify the winner via Instagram Direct message and post a congratulations message on our social media platforms.
The winner will also be posted on this page
Vinomofo reserves the right to nullify the result if evidence of interference or attempted manipulation of the poll is discovered during or immediately after the judging period, prior to prize fulfilment.
8. Acts of Kindness:
We may choose to send Bonus Prizes to a limited number runners-up who have provided their details when entering the Giveaway.

9. General Conditions:
Vinomofo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway in the event of technical difficulties, fraud, or any other circumstances beyond its control at any time.
Vinomofo's decisions regarding the Giveaway, including but not limited to winner selection, are final and binding.
10. Privacy:
Information collected for this Giveaway will be used in accordance with Vinomofo's privacy policy.

12. Announcement of Winners and Use of Participant Information for Future Promotions:
By participating in this Giveaway, participants grant Vinomofo the right to announce the winner's name and share a congratulations post on Vinomofo's official social media platforms for future promotional purposes.
Vinomofo may also feature and tag the winner in posts related to future promotions. By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to their name being used in these future promotional announcements.
Vinomofo reserves the right to use submitted entries in marketing or advertising collateral in promotion of related products or services, royalty free and in perpetuity.
Vinomofo respects the privacy of all participants and will not share any personal contact information, apart from the winner's name, in promotional posts on social media.
All participants understand and accept that the winner's name may be publicly announced on Vinomofo's social media platforms as a condition of entry and for future promotional purposes.
