1. Promotion Details:
VINOMOFO (AUSTRALIA) PTY LTD (ABN 69 149 404 197) ("Vinomofo") is giving away one (1) prize of a 6-pack of Elderton Command Shiraz 2015 presented in a wooden gift box, valued at $1,380, to one (1) eligible winner drawn at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period.
This is a trade promotion. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older, excluding residents of the Northern Territory (NT).
2. Promotional Period:
The promotion commences at 9:00am AEDT on Friday 20th March 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AWST on Friday 20th March 2026.
Purchases made outside of this window are not eligible for entry. No exceptions will be made.
3. Eligibility:
Entrants must be Australian residents aged 18 years or older, excluding residents of the Northern Territory.
Entrants must hold a valid Vinomofo account at the time of purchase.
Employees of Vinomofo and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. Entry Mechanism:
Each case purchased on vinomofo.com during the promotional period constitutes one (1) entry into the draw.
There is no cap on the number of entries per person. Multiple case purchases within the promotional period will each generate one additional entry.
5. Prize Details:
One (1) prize consisting of: a 6-pack of Elderton Command Shiraz 2015, presented in a wooden gift box. Total prize value: $1,380.
The prize is alcohol and will only be awarded to a person aged 18 years or older. Valid proof of age may be required prior to prize fulfilment.
The prize will be delivered to the winner's nominated Australian delivery address (excluding NT) at no cost to the winner. The prize must be received by a person aged 18 years or older and a signature may be required upon delivery.
The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for other products or Vinomofo wine credit.
In the event the prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Vinomofo's control, Vinomofo reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection & Notification:
The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on or before Tuesday 31th March 2026.
The winner will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the draw.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, Vinomofo reserves the right to conduct a redraw. Any unclaimed prize redraw will be conducted within thirty (30) days of the original draw date.
7. Refunds & Cancellations:
Any refunded or cancelled orders will have the associated entries removed from the draw. No exceptions will be made.
8. Fair Use:
Vinomofo reserves the right to review, disqualify, or reverse any entries it reasonably believes have been obtained through misuse, abuse, or manipulation of this promotion.
Vinomofo's decisions regarding entry allocation, eligibility, and winner selection are final and binding.
9. General Conditions:
By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Vinomofo reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time, subject to applicable state and territory legislation.
No correspondence will be entered into regarding the application of these terms and conditions.
10. Privacy:
Personal information collected during this promotion will be handled in accordance with Vinomofo's Privacy Policy, available at vinomofo.com.
By entering, entrants consent to the use of their name and state of residence for promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
11. Limitation of Liability:
Vinomofo (including its officers, employees, and agents) shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with this promotion, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Vinomofo shall not be liable for any technical difficulties or errors that may occur during the purchase or entry process.
12. Governing Law:
This promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
