Prize Details:
The prize for the Giveaway includes 1 of 3 mixed 6-pack wine cases, each containing one each of the following wines with their respective recommended retail prices (RRP):

1. Eligibility:
The "Ultimate FOMO Pack Giveaway" (the "Giveaway") is open to all individuals who are 18 years of age or older and legal residents of Australia (excluding NT residents).
2. Promotional Period:
The Giveaway will take place site-wide on vinomofo.com from 9 am on 23rd February 2024 to 11:59 pm on 23rd February 2024 (AEDT). The times mentioned are in the Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) zone.
3. Eligibility for Entry:
Every individual case of wine purchased during the Giveaway Period will constitute an entry into the prize draw. For example, 1 order with 5 cases of wine equals 5 entries.
There is no cap on the entry limit. Participants can earn one entry for each case of wine ordered.
Any canceled order during this prize period will result in an ineligible entry.
4. Winner Selection:
3 Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries.
5. Winner Announcement and Use of Participant Information for Promotion:
The winners will be drawn on Tuesday, 27th February. The Winners will be contacted by email & phone call to confirm their prize. When claiming the prize, winners may be required to provide a form of valid photographic ID.
Details of winners (first name, first letter of their last name, and state) may be included in an email and posted on Vinomofo's Social media accounts for future promotional purposes.
6. Privacy and Data Usage:
Participants' data will be collected, used, and stored in compliance with applicable privacy laws. Personal information will not be shared with third parties. Participants have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their data.
7. Amendment or Cancellation Clause:
Vinomofo reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion under certain circumstances, as permitted by ACCC guidelines and Australian consumer law.
Vinomofo reserves the right to revoke any entries that are not in accordance with competition guidelines.
8. Returns and Cancellations:
Returns or cancellations cannot be made for orders made within the time period. All sales are final, and users cannot cancel and re-order.
9. General Conditions:
By entering the promotion, entrants agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as by the decisions of Vinomofo, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.
10. Limitation of Liability:
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, Vinomofo (including its respective officers, employees, and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential.
11. Governing Law:
This promotion shall be governed and construed by Australian law and is run by Vinomofo Pty Ltd (ABN 69 149 404 197), Suite 103, Level 1/204 Ingles St, Port Melbourne VIC 3207.
