1. Eligibility:

• The "Vinomofo Fish Butchery Cookbook Giveaway" is open to all legal residents of Australia (excluding Northern Territory residents) who are 18 years of age or older.

• Employees and immediate family members of Vinomofo and its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.

2. Giveaway Period:

• The Giveaway period commences with the announcement of the giveaway on our social media feeds from 4pm AEDT on 5th December 2023, and ends at 10am AEDT on 7th November 2023

3. How to Enter:

• To enter the Giveaway, participants must:

  • Follow Vinomofo on Instagram

  • Comment and tag an additional Instagram profile in the Giveaway announcement, posted to the Vinomofo Instagram feed at 4pm on Tuesday 5th December.

  • Both commenting and tagged profile must follow Vinomofo on Instagram to be eligible for the prize draw.

  • x3 winners will be drawn at random on Thursday 7th December, and each winner notified via the competition announcement post, the Vinomofo IG story, and a direct message sent by Vinomofo to each winner.

4. Prize Details:

• x3 lucky winners will each receive a copy of the Fish Butchery: Mastering The Catch, Cut And Craft by Josh Niland with a recommended retail price (RRP) of $70, plus $70 credit to be used against any wine purchase on Vinomofo.com.

5. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received on Thursday 7th December

• Vinomofo will notify the winner via direct message and post a congratulations message on our social media platforms.

• The winner will also be posted on this page.

6. Acts of Kindness:

• We reserve the right to send Bonus Prizes to a limited number of the runners-up who have provided their details when entering the Giveaway.

7. General Conditions:

• Vinomofo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway in the event of technical difficulties, fraud, or any other circumstances beyond its control.

• Vinomofo's decisions regarding the Giveaway, including but not limited to winner selection, are final and binding.

8. Privacy:

• Information collected for this Giveaway will be used in accordance with Vinomofo's privacy policy.

10. Announcement of Winners and Use of Participant Information for Future Promotions:

• By participating in this Giveaway, participants grant Vinomofo the right to announce the winner's name and share a congratulations post on Vinomofo's official social media platforms for future promotional purposes.

• Vinomofo may also feature and tag the winner in posts related to future promotions. By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to their name being used in these future promotional announcements.

• Vinomofo respects the privacy of all participants and will not share any personal contact information, apart from the winner's name & social handle, in promotional posts on social media.

• All participants understand and accept that the winner's name may be publicly announced on Vinomofo's social media platforms as a condition of entry and for future promotional purposes.
