1. Introduction

By entering the Vinomofo "Vinomofo x Discover Northern Grampians Giveaway" giveaway you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

2. Promoter

The promoter of this giveaway is Vinomofo in conjunction with Discover Northern Grampians.

3. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 or older.

• Residents of the Northern Territory (NT) are excluded from this promotion.

• Employees of Vinomofo and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

4. Entry Period

• The giveaway is valid for entries from 9:00am AEDT on Monday 6th October 2025, to 11:59pm AEDT on Friday 10th October.

• Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

5. How to Enter

• Any case of wine ordered from Vinomofo during the entry period qualifies as one entry into the giveaway.

• The more cases you order, the more entries you receive (one entry per case).

• No other form of entry is accepted.

6. Prize

• There will be one winner per prize package offered.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other product or service.

• Prize does not include any transport to/from locations specified in the prize package, or transport to the region.

• No substitute prize will be offered in the instance of cancellation, change of date or change in service provision by providers respective to each prize package resulting in the winner being unable to attend or accept the prize.

Package Three: The Ultimate Grampians Winemaker Experience - Total Value $1050.00 RRP

Prize inclusions & additional terms:

• 2 nights accommodation in a self-contained cottage on the farm/winery at Grampians Estate Mafeking Winery and Farm. Winery & Vineyard Tour by owner & winemaker Tom Guthrie. 2 course lunch and wine tasting at Gaudenzi at the Grampians Estate Cellar Door in Great Western. Package Five: The Ultimate Grampians Wine Premium Wine Pack - Total Value $467.00 RRP

Prize inclusions & additional terms:

• A curated selection of premium & award winning Mt Langi wines. 1x Langi Shiraz ($210 RRP), 1x Mast Shiraz ($100 RRP), 1x Talus Shiraz ($70 RRP), 1x Cliff Edge Shiraz ($35 RRP), 1x Cliff Edge Riesling ($30 RRP), 1x Billi Billi Shiraz ($22 RRP). Provided by Mount Langi Ghiran, valued at $467 RRP.

7. Selection of Winner

• The winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

• The draw will take place on Monday 13th October.

• The winners will be notified by email or phone within 3 business days after the draw.

• If any prize is not claimed within three business days of notification, Vinomofo reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Prize Delivery

• Each prize package winner will be given direction on prize redemption via email.

• Vinomofo is not responsible for any delays or issues with delivery caused by third parties or change in prize provider availability.

• Neither Vinomofo or Discover Northern Grampians will be held liable in the event a nominated prize provider is unable to fulfil any or all of the nominated prize component.

9. Publicity

By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and likeness in any promotional materials related to this giveaway.

10. Data Protection

• Personal data collected in connection with the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion.

• Vinomofo will not share your data with third parties without your consent.

11. General

• Vinomofo reserves the right to cancel or amend these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.

• By entering the giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms.
