2. Promotional Period:

The promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on Friday 22nd May 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on Friday 22nd May 2026.

3. Eligibility:

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older, excluding residents of the Northern Territory (NT).
Entrants must be end customers who place an order through a Vinomofo-authorised dealer during the promotional period.
The order must be placed by the dealer on behalf of the customer. Orders placed directly by the customer on vinomofo.com are not eligible for entry.
Employees of Vinomofo, Vinomofo-authorised dealers, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter:

Each case of wine ordered through a Vinomofo-authorised dealer during the promotional period constitutes one (1) entry into the draw for the end customer associated with that order.
There is no cap on the number of entries per person. Multiple cases purchased within a single order, or across multiple orders, will each generate one (1) entry.
An order is only considered a valid entry once it has been confirmed and processed by the dealer. Cancelled or unconfirmed orders are not eligible.

5. Prize Details:

One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 Vinomofo wine voucher.
The voucher may only be redeemed on wine purchases on vinomofo.com. It cannot be used toward shipping, merchandise, or non-wine products.
The voucher is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and holds no residual value beyond its face amount.
The voucher must be used within twelve (12) months of being issued. Any unused balance after this period will expire.
The voucher may be used across multiple transactions until the balance is exhausted.

6. Winner Selection & Notification:

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on Wednesday 27th May 2026.
The winner will be notified via email or phone within five (5) business days of the draw.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, Vinomofo reserves the right to conduct a redraw. Any redraw will be conducted within thirty (30) days of the original draw date.

7. Refunds & Cancellations:

Any refunded or cancelled orders will have the associated entries removed from the draw.

8. Fair Use:

Vinomofo reserves the right to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes has been obtained through misuse, abuse, or manipulation of this promotion.
Vinomofo's decisions regarding entry validity, eligibility, and winner selection are final and binding.

9. General Conditions:

By placing an order through a Vinomofo-authorised dealer during the promotional period, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Vinomofo reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time.
No correspondence will be entered into regarding the application of these terms and conditions.

10. Privacy:

Personal information collected during this promotion will be handled in accordance with Vinomofo's Privacy Policy, available at vinomofo.com.

11. Limitation of Liability:

Vinomofo (including its officers, employees, and agents) shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with this promotion, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Governing Law:

This promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
