1. Introduction

By entering the Black Market Club Penfolds Grange 2018 Giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

2. Promoter

The promoter of this giveaway is Vinomofo.

3. Eligibility

  • The giveaway is open exclusively to Black Market Club members aged 18 or older who have an active membership.

  • Employees of Vinomofo and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

  • Club members must have their December 2024 Club payment processed before 11:59pm AEDT on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, to be eligible.

4. Entry Period

  • The giveaway is valid for eligible members with processed Club payments from 12:00am AEDT on December 3 , 2024, to 11:59pm AEDT on December 3, 2024.

  • Payments processed outside this period will not qualify for the giveaway.

5. How to Enter

  • New members who sign up for the Black Market Club within the entry period and successfully process their Club payment will be automatically entered into the giveaway.

  • Existing Black Market Club members are automatically entered into the giveaway once their December Club payment has been processed.

  • No additional action or purchase is required beyond meeting the eligibility criteria.

6. Prize

  • There will be 1 winner, receiving 1 x bottle of Penfolds Grange 2018 valued at AUD $1,000.

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other product.

7. Selection of Winner

  • The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

  • The draw will take place on Wednesday, December 4, 2024.

  • The winner will be notified by email or phone within 2 business days after the draw.

  • If the prize is not claimed within 48 hours of notification, Vinomofo reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Prize Delivery

  • The prize will be shipped to the winner at no cost within Australia.

  • Vinomofo is not responsible for any delays or issues with delivery caused by third parties.

9. Publicity

By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and likeness in any promotional materials related to this giveaway.

10. Data Protection

  • Personal data collected in connection with the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion.

  • Vinomofo will not share your data with third parties without your consent.

11. General

  • Vinomofo reserves the right to cancel or amend these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.

  • By entering the giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms.
