By entering the Vinomofo Black Friday Starts NOW Giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions as well as Vinomofo’s general Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

2. Promoter

The promoter of this giveaway is Vinomofo.

3. Eligibility

  • The giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 or older.

  • Residents of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and Northern Territory (NT) are excluded from this promotion.

  • Employees of Vinomofo and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

4. Entry Period

  • The giveaway is valid for entries received between 9am AEDT and 11:59pm AEDT on November 8th, 2024.

  • Any entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

5. How to Enter

  • You must order at least one case of wine from Vinomofo during the entry period to be eligible.

  • Each case ordered grants one entry into the giveaway.

  • The more cases you order, the more entries you receive (one entry per case).

  • No other form of entry is accepted.

6. Prize

  • There will be 1 winner, receiving 1 x Penfolds Bin 95 Grange Shiraz 1.5L Magnum 1990, valued at

    AUD $3,000

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other product.

  • Vinomofo does not accept liability for any damage to the prize during delivery.

7. Selection of Winner

  • The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

  • The draw will take place on Tuesday, November 12th, 2024.

  • The winner will be notified by

  • If the prize is not claimed within 48 hours, Vinomofo reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Prize Delivery

  • The prize will be shipped to the winner at no cost within Australia, excluding ACT and NT.

  • Vinomofo is not responsible for any delays or issues with delivery caused by third parties.

9. Publicity

By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and likeness in any promotional materials related to this giveaway.

10. Data Protection

Personal data collected in connection with the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion. Vinomofo will not share your data with third parties without your consent.

11. General

Vinomofo reserves the right to cancel or amend these T&Cs at any time without prior notice. By entering the giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms.
