1. Introduction

By entering the Vinomofo Black Friday Main Event Giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

2. Promoter

The promoter of this giveaway is Vinomofo.

3. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 or older.

• Residents of the Northern Territory (NT) are excluded from this promotion.

• Employees of Vinomofo and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

4. Entry Period

• The giveaway is valid for entries from 9:00am AEDT on Friday, November 28, 2025, to 11:59pm AEDT on Friday, November 28, 2025.

• Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

5. How to Enter

• Any case ordered during the entry period qualifies as one entry into the giveaway.

• The more cases you order, the more entries you receive (one entry per case).

• No other form of entry is accepted.

6. Prize

• There will be 1 winner, receiving 1 x Penfolds Grange 1.5L Magnum + Gift Box, valued at RRP $2,300.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other product.

7. Selection of Winner

• The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

• The draw will take place on Tuesday, December 3, 2025.

• The winner will be notified by email or phone within 2 business days after the draw.

• If the prize is not claimed within 48 hours of notification, Vinomofo reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Prize Delivery

• The prize will be shipped to the winner at no cost within Australia, excluding NT.

• Vinomofo is not responsible for any delays or issues with delivery caused by third parties.

9. Publicity

By entering, you consent to the use of your name and likeness in any promotional materials related to this giveaway.

10. Data Protection

• Personal data collected in connection with the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion.

• Vinomofo will not share your data with third parties without your consent.
