There’s so much fun to be had in this gem of a rosé. Expectedly dry and crisp but with an exciting Beaujolais-ness. It smells of candied strawberry, sandalwood and delicate soft spices. The vineyards grow some of the best gamay in the rolling hills and at a high altitude - even higher than the famous Brouilly cru. With slightly cooler nights, the fruit flavour stays delicate, ideally suited to a pretty, racy style of rosé. But, you know what’s even cooler? You won’t find another Beaujolais rosé this good - because we searched, and we’ve caught it.
