Why do we love this wine?
Dark blue, purple and black fruits are at the core of this wine with silky tannins and astounding natural acid draping themselves around a gently structured backbone of French oak. There's a slight smokiness to this wine (in the best possible way) - think cured meats and charcuterie boards. All these elements are working in tandem beautifully and pulling in the same direction. There's tremendous length and pristine acid that will hold this wine in very good stead for any who may have the patience to cellar it - for those that don't, just drink it. Wine's made to be drank, not just looked at, and this beauty's drinking window is wiiiiiiiiiiiide open.
