The mythical windmill overlooking this Bojo Grand Cru must’ve seen some wonderful wines in its time. And this has to be up there. It shows a wedding-worthy bouquet of cherries and plums, lifted by violet petal perfume, and anchored by earthiness that’s classic for gamay.
