Why do we love this whisky?
This unique single malt whisky creation was born out of the dark depths of lockdown. Breweries couldn't get their brews out into the hands of punters and the precious golden liquids were sadly looking like going down the drain. That was until the clever minds at Bridge Road approached their mates over at Cowora Distilling with a groundbreaking idea! Rather than tip hundreds, if not thousands, of litres of fine craft ale down the drain, what if they distilled it? Thus, the shining light that is the Ale Saviour was born.
