Welcome to our new series, Wine Not? This new segment aims to prove or disprove some common wine myths based on our admittedly shaky scientific testing.

In this episode, your host, Dr Eggs (not a doctor) is here to get to the bottom of the science (not a scientist) on whether you can "successfully" open a bottle of wine with a shoe. Did he succeed? Watch to find out.

We did try to tell 'Dr' Eggs that the screw cap is a simple solution. But who are we to deny you the entertainment of watching him try?

At Vinomofo, we love our wine, but we like to also lead long and happy lives, and be good to the world and the people in it. We all try to drink responsibly, in moderation, and we really hope you do too.

Don’t be that person…

Acknowledgement of Country
