In this week's episode of 'No Stupid Questions' our favourite odd couple, Tim and Eddie answer a very good question about malolactic fermentation (AKA 'malo' for the cool kids out there/people who CBF saying the whole word) and what it actually means. Featuring two chardonnays, Julien Schaal (South Africa) and Red Hill Estate (Mornington) for comparison - we put Tim's tastebuds to the test. With Eddie's encouragement, Granny Smith apples and Greek yoghurt, the question is: will our wine student Tim correctly identify which chardonnay has malo and which one hasn't?
