Everyone's favourite bartender, Nic is back with a wild twist on a classic cocktail. The Aperol Twist. Why we insist on letting this guy back in the kitchen, no one knows. Will he stick to the recipe? Absolutely not. Grab a bottle of Aperol and Prosecco and get creative in your kitchen at home!

To make at home, you'll need:

  • Ice
  • 1 part Aperol
  • 1 part peach syrup
  • 3 parts Prosecco
  • Soda water
  • Orange for garnish (optional)
