Why do we love this whisky?
Following the hugely successful release of ‘UnExpeated’ in 2021, Starward is back again with a second ‘new world’ take on the traditional old-world style we know and love. Single malt whisky which has been red wine barrel aged for 5 years, before being finished in Scottish peated barrels for 18 months - double the time that the ‘UnExpeated’ spent in cask, allowing for even more richness and smokiness.
