Whisky, but not as you know it.. Shaped by seaspray and sandstone in Sydney’s Northern Beaches, this single malt spent its formative years listening to waves and wind in first-fill, pinot noir soaked French oak, which has delivered depth and generosity, whilst staying refreshingly honest. Think dark chocolate, toasted nuts, candied orange, and softened florals.
