This delicious Barbados rum was crafted to mark the 20th anniversary of Maison Ferrand. A truly rare mix of Barbados rums aged 12 to 20 years, this incredibly silky, rich and rounded drop is the aged in Cognac, France to allow longer ageing time with the temperate climate. Charred pineapple, vanilla and coconut cream with oodles of toffee and caramel. Wow.

Why do we love this rum?
Plantation have been crafting premium rum from terroirs across the globe for 25 years. Their unique approach to ageing starts with a first step of ex-Bourbon barrel ageing in their tropical climate homes. This already delectable spirit then undergoes a second ageing period in fine French oak in the temperate climate of Cognac. The result is incredibly smooth, intriguing, rich and rounded rum that is truly unique and incredibly delicious.
