Why do we love this mezcal?
Mezcal, Oaxaca's traditional agave spirit, has been exploding in popularity over the last 10 years, largely due to the demand for high quality, small production craft spirits, which its big cousin Tequila only provides at astronomical prices. Established in 2010, Espíritu Corsa purchased a third generation Palenque located in San Agustin Amatengo, Oaxaca. Working alongside their mezcalero, they have produced several fantastic lines.
