Why do we love this wine?
Tropical fruit nuance with floral finesse - a brilliantly harmonious expression of the regions foremost varietal. There is a creamy richness which is wrapped up in the zip and the zeal of the acidity. A slightly medicinal, peppermint edge offers another layer of complexity. A line of steely salinity persists through the wine, becoming more apparent on the finish. Delightful stuff.
