Why do we love this wine?
This is Clare Valley riesling with the dial turned way up - it's so concentrated and penetrating, the length of the wine is exceptional. All the classics are out in force – green apple, citrus, white flowers, stone fruit, mineral complexity – but there's some riper, juicier fruit in play, too. The wine is tied together neatly with nervy, bracing acidity that shocks and delights. A masterful example of just how good Clare Valley rizza can get.
