Why do we love this wine?
As soon as you stick your nose in this thing it's clean and inviting. White peach and nectarine lead, backed by citrus lift and a soft honeyed note. There’s a gentle creamy edge too - maybe nougat and a little brûlée going on - but it’s subtle, not showy. Once it hits the lips, it’s fresh and mid-weight, with stone fruit flowing through the middle and lemony brightness keeping everything tight. Time on lees adds texture and smoothness, while older oak stays firmly in the background, doing its job without asking for attention. The finish is clean, refined and gently mineral, leaving you ready for the next sip.
