Situated a whopping six hundred meters above sea level, chardonnay was cultivated and plucked from the western slopes of the Snowy Mountains, south-west of Canberra. Its warm days and chilly nights provide outstanding growing conditions to encourage depth, complexity, elegance and finesse.

Why do we love this wine?
Pale straw in colour, aromatics of fleshy stone fruits, apricot and citrus jump out of the glass. This leads into a complex palate of white peach and deep, nutty notes. Characteristic cool climate acidity provides drive, length and balance. Weekly batonage and 30% new french oak ensures huge cellaring potential; but with a handful of years already under its belt, development is well underway.
