Chardonnay 2021 – Black Market Deal #41911

We love it when the power of good Margaret River chardonnay comes across our tasting bench. It’s always stimulating. This one’s had all the work done, starting with a cool-of-the-night harvest, a wild ferment with solids, and a year in French oak complete with lees stirring. Upon tasting, we found a wine of floral notes, a creamy palate, lemony citrus, cashew, spice, oak and zesty acid. This is the choice for those that get amongst the bigger, rich, worked style that has made Margs chardy the go-to white wine for so many folks worldwide.

You won’t find out what it is until it hits your doorstep, but you won’t regret it. Just keep it on the down low.
