Recognised as one Australia's coldest wine regions, Tumbarumba is a hidden gem. Located on the periphery of the Riverina and South West Slopes regions, it's nestled comfortably on the western edge of the Snowy Mountains and is known as one of the country's most remote wine regions. Fairly young, Tumbarumba's first vines were planted in 1982 and 1983 and 75% of the regions total plantings are premium, cool climite Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
