Why do we love this wine?
From one of Tassie's best producers, this blend of 50% chardy and 50% pinot is so impressive. The lovely pale salmon pink sparkles in the glass, a playful promise of what's to come. This is one of those sparklings you instantly fall for. After 18 months on lees, the result is fresh, lively and luscious - orchard fruits and strawberries & cream are at the forefront with citrusy acidity balancing the creamy mouthfeel.
