When we say NEXT LEVEL PROSECCO, we are not exaggerating. The siblings Silvano and Alberta Follador work their family land organically and have a winemaking philosophy that is nothing short of first class. According to their website (which is easy to get lost in, reading about their wonderful work) they make “wines that are as natural as possible without, however, denying those processes indispensable for guaranteeing the precise, clear-cut and refined expression we strive for.”

So, it all sounds great - but what is the wine like? In one word: serious. In two words: seriously delicious. It is a zero dosage sparkling that has spent 16 months on lees and is what we’d know as a Brut style. Bone dry, complex and speaking of place.
