Why do we love this wine?
This is an iconic Heathcote producer, and this latest release rosé speaks to that pedigree. It's dry and punchy and packed full of energy and zeal on the palate. The red berries are almost pulpy in their fullness, and there is a très Française creaminess throughout. Strawberries and cream with bright grapefruit acidity. Crisp, mineral and packed full of juicy watermelon and berries on the palate. This is an out-and-out all-weather stunner.
