Dry rosé with a bit more on it. It’s made from 100% single vineyard cabernet sauvignon, providing a profile of raspberry, watermelon, turkish delight and pomegranate. The texture is quite apparent and the colour is on the deeper side of salmon pink. Most folks drink rosé under the sun to enjoy its refreshment on a warm day. Nothing wrong with having a bit of bonus complexity thrown into the mix.
