Why do we love this wine?
Yarra shiraz is an entirely underrated gem. More medium-bodied than it's SA counterparts, but no shrinking violet! This one here is enticing, vibrant, and elegant with red plums, sweet spice and just a hint of fresh vanilla bean. Crack open a bottle of this 5-year-old shiraz from a 5 Star Halliday producer by a fireplace (or a picture of one), get out the cheese and charcuterie platter, and you've got your weekend plans sorted!
