We’re thrilled to welcome another round of classic Yarra Valley cabernet from a top vintage and a top producer. A wine of great length and concentration that is sure to please. Sourced from established Dixon’s Creek vineyards, warm enough to ripen the thick-skinned varietal, this is a wonderful example of Yarra cab, displaying concentrated blue and dark fruits, a eucalypt nose and a robust wooded finish providing enough structure and drinkability right now. If you’ve not dabbled in much Yarra cab, we highly recommend you set the bar with this five star pearl as it’ll open even more doors to your repertoire of Australian wine appreciation.
