This is blended from hand-picked grapes sourced partially from the regional appellation of Bourgogne (Côte d’Or & Côte Chalonnaise). Ageing took place in a mix of tank and barrel, resulting in a wine that expresses cherry up front, followed up by some spice and toast from the oak. The finish is juicy, yet laden with fine tannin structure. If you wanna get weekend wine classy on a weekday wine spend, you can’t look past this little gem.
