Bodegas Olivares Tinto 2017
- Medium bodied
Sun-drenched summer fruit with a fresh, breezy acidity. That’s what this wine’s all about. With sweet, swarthy berries and an exotically spiced finish, we can attest it’s bloody hard to turn down a second (or third) glass. When they’re drinking wines like this in Spain, you can see why the quality of life is so high.
It’s cool, we get it, you want to know absolutely everything about this wine. Well here you go, go nuts.

But it's Jumilla's staple, making up over 85% of the grapes grown in this small region, and the examples from here are juicy and delicious. Get amongst it and taste monastrell like you've never tasted before. By the end of a bottle, you'll be able to pronounce it properly... quite the opposite effect of most wine.
The rules are there ain’t no rules, but here are some foods we think will work pretty well with this wine...
