“We’ve got an absolutely classic version of Margaret River cabernet in front of us. Really, really lovely and on that richer end of the cabernet spectrum so you’re looking at quite dark, almost kind of Ribena flavours. “This could go lovely with a bit of ribeye with mushroom sauce over it, that’s going to be absolutely on song. Yes you can drink it now, and it will be really enjoyable and it’s going to pack heaps and heaps of flavour into the wine and blow your socks off. But if you’ve got the patience, 5-10 years is going to take this to another level. For all you cabernet junkies out there, this is a really, really good medium to full-bodied, serious cabernet.”
