This delightful shiraz is from a family-run operation with each member playing to their strengths across sourcing grapes, winemaking and marketing. Their whites are never shy and the reds are always pure-fruited and sturdy on the palate. This wine has punchy berries from start to finish, surrounded bold tannins and a bit of spice.

Looking for perfumed elegance in the form of a super stylish cabernet from a cool climate? Look no further than Briar Ridge. Move over Yarra, Orange is here! This wine’s got it all. Layers of red and dark berries sit amongst mineral notes and a touch of cedar. It’s mid-weight and where you don’t get a wallop of alcohol, you get complexity and length. There are abundant tannins from French oak offering structure and a good backbone of acid which will help in the ageing process.

If the wine is half as good as the stunning packaging, then this Ghost Rock chardonnay is going to be a killer! Tasmania is known for their quality wines and Ghost Rock are one of the best producers we've tried. This balanced and layered wine has fruit, minerality and a beautiful balance of richness and freshness. Very, very good wine.

- Clare Valley
When Kevin Mitchell of Woodvale tells us he’s got some riesling for us, we jump to attention. After our first taste, we jumped even higher. It’s everything you would want from the variety that makes Clare famous. It’s crisp, textural, bright, laser sharp and the tiniest bit rich. The fruit is of that classic riesling profile with an array of citrus spanning from meyer lemon to key lime to grapefruit and even mandarin. We’re loving it and can’t wait for you to as well.

- Piedmont
They drink dolcetto in Piemonte while they’re waiting for the nebbiolo to ripen, or so they say. This is a concentrated wine, bursting with rich, juicy fruit. There’s depth to it, and plenty of interest in the glass. Think pinot with more body, or merlot with more cherry (and character). There’s no oak, so it’s all about that fruit flavour and fun drinking. An ideal candidate to take to dinner parties. Being Italian, it’s naturally charming, and it’ll pair with pretty much everything too.

This delicious wine from the region of Catalunya in Spain has captured the imagination of our customers, selling quickly and receiving heaps of praise. It’s not often that we get to drink straight grenache blanc (garnatxa blanca in Catalan), but it’s a joy when we do. These wines are always on the richer end of the spectrum, with a touch of skin contact and time on lees contributing to a wonderfully textural palate. A wine that any chardonnay drinker is sure to appreciate, with stone fruit aplenty and a fresh, pithy finish.
