This wine walks the line of wonderfully expressive cleanliness - I know, a juxtaposition, you’d think. Everything natural you’d want and everything crisp and cleansing too. Lots of gewürz notes for something that professes only to have chardonnay, pinot noir, pinot meunier and moscato in there, but maybe it’s the moscato speaking. Grapiness for sure now that you mention it (hallmark moscato), followed up by Turkish Delight, rosewater and melon (hello chardonnay). On the very edge of being qualified as a rosé, but let’s be honest - it doesn’t matter. It’s a super aromatic nose, very interesting and a little bit sweet, but finishes dry enough to please all, with fine bubbles and a fun vibe.

Creamy and vibrant, this is pure party starting fizz. A classic 65/35 chardonnay pinot noir blend (you can tell your guests), it’s a festive fluteful of stonefruit and citrus flavours, with texture and depth from fermentation in older oak. Made by the impressively experienced team at Tomich, if you haven’t been taking Adelaide Hills sparkling seriously, you will after this.

Listen up, you sparkling fiends. This prosecco won gold at the Prosecco Masters in London. That’s right, the Prosecco Masters. Sounds impressive, right? I like to imagine the event much like the Olympics, but for wine, which makes this Prosecco the Usain Bolt of the bubbles world. Hailing straight outta Italy, this beauty has been hand-crafted with the best Glera grapes born and raised in the Veneto region, making it a floral delight jam packed with golden apple, lemon and a whisper of wisteria. How magical.

Need a little help getting the party started? Let us reintroduce this little helper... Fizzing with good, clean fun it comes from Australia’s hottest prosecco region and is made by a winery team who just so happen to be one of Halliday’s top ten ‘Dark Horses’ of 2016. Party started? It’s already begun! We’re talking about a super fresh sparkling that’s bursting with pears, citrus fruits, apples and a lively line of acidity. This prosecco is pure joy in a glass, and on a hot day, the closest thing to heaven you’ll find in the fridge.

Dry, aperitif style (surprise! It's Prosecco after all...) with just a touch of sweetness on the finish in the traditional Prosecco mould. Green apple, lime, and sherbet flavours lead onto a crisp and refreshing palate. The perfect start to a long dinner and to get the appetite and conversation going accordingly.
