These super-sinkable wines are from some of the coolest cats around, and their thirst-quenchability is more important than grape variety. A little textural delight in each of them, too. Theyâre all a little devious. Youâre gonna love each and every one.
These are the devilish delights in question (you get a bottle of each in the pack):

How could you go wrong with a chenin blanc from South Africa's renowned Stellenbosch region from 55 year old vines? You can't. Picked on two dates to get the perfect balance of cheninâs acid and texture, it's a delight. All stone fruit, spice and just the right amount of rounded, biscuity complexity. This is a wine that you can smash, particularly with a plate of soft cheeses or even a North African tagine with apricots - a bit of north meets south can't be bad.

Simply fermented grenache blanc here, and you donât see enough of that in Australia. A RhĂ´ne variety, but the folks from Masroig know how to make it something unique from the special slopes of Monsant. This kinda does that greenish gold thing that Hunter semillon does, but thatâs where the similarities end. This is all ripe stone fruit, brioche and creamy citrus. Fleshy and full, itâs a wine well worth exploring. Welcome...

Fighting Gully are well known for their chardy, but probably only because it's easier to wrap your mind around than a chardonnay viognier blend with a bit of petit manseng thrown in. But let me tell you, this is even easier to wrap your lips around. With the best parts of each variety, weighted well, it's a smokey lemon and macadamia treat, jammed with white chocolate and orange rind for some added depth and zest. Terroir before variety at its finest.

A bit of rummaging through the wild Adelaide Hills and you can find all sorts of gems. Turon runs a little winery as a side project to his day job for a bigger winery around the corner and with his more classic wines - this refreshing white has captured Hallidayâs attention, as well as that of some of the coolest drinking spots around the country. This wine is a good way to take a step into the wild world of skin contact, with just the right balance of challenge and deliciousness.

Made by Yarra legend Tim Mayer. Obviously barrel fermented, with notes of mango sorbet, buttery toast, pineapple and fresh spring onion flower. Grapefruit and pea shoots on the palate, incisive but rounded at the same time. Flavour carries through for a long, lemon biscuit finish.
